Douglas Tharalson is best known for his Cubist style in which his vivid imagination and his life experiences are his subjects.  He also offers commissioned portraits as he explains: "A few years ago I began to work with live models and from this I moved into the portrait.  It is my intention to capture the very essence of the individual or  individuals."
